We design our Timber barns in-house from the ground up.  This ensures that your barn will truly be one of a kind.  These barns are built from structural grade Douglas Fir Beams and Columns milled from lumber taken out of the Montana Forests.  These often come from standing dead trees due to fires or beetle kill.  Your barn will start as a pile of logs and turn into a towering heavy duty Timber barn that will look like it's been around for generations and will be around for generations to come. 

Our timber homes can be constructed with Post and Beam construction, or Timber Frame.  The difference is in the details of the joints and connections but either option showcases massive structural timbers that make up the skeleton framing of the home.  The fill framing can be done with traditional 2x material or SIP panels.  We also love to show off oversized timber trusses and accents in our homes.
